Returns Policy:
Unused Goods:
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from MDG Sports Limited, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt (28 Days for orders during December) for a refund or exchange, minus our delivery fee. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
Please include the order number and let us know what action you wish us to take.
Customised goods:
In the event that an order has been placed with customisation (IE: Re-string, weighing, re-grip), the item cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault identified - Please provide clear images and description of the issue to Sales@mdgsports.co.uk including your name, order number and contact details.
What happens next:
You now have two options:
1. If you wish us to receive the return and process an exchange for you then please include the relevant information concerning the alternative goods required and this will be processed upon receipt.
2. Or, if you do not wish to place another order or exchange the goods and would just like a refund, then let us know and we will do this as soon as your order is received.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for second hand or custom fit items.
