How long will delivery be?
This depends on the service you have selected, however, with standard delivery you can expect to receive your order in approximately 3 working days for UK delivery

How much will delivery cost?
Our delivery costs are very simple, orders below £64.99 will be £3.99, over £64.99 then the delivery will be Free.  Please see our Delivery Page for more information.

Has my order been dispatched yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an automatic email to confirm that it's on the way. If your order has been sent on a tracked service the email will include reference details and a link to the courier website.

How reliable is product availability?
We update product availability on a daily basis so if a product on our website says it is in stock, 90% of the time it will be.  If for some reason when you order and the product is not in stock, you will be contacted straight away to inform you of this as well as an estimated date it will be back in stock.

There is a product on sale, how long will it remain on sale?
Usually once an item has been reduced it will stay at this price until all the stock is sold. Some offers, multi-buy deals and price reductions may only apply for a limited period but the price advertised when the order was placed will be honoured providing the item is in stock.

Do you price match?
Yes!! We frequently check our prices against competitors however if you find the same product, we offer to price match the product subject to T&C'S.  Please view our Price Promise Page for more information

How can I order?
You have several ways of placing an order with us.  Firstly you can order via our website using a secure payment gateway to ensure your details remain safe.  Secondly you can call us on 01202 900012 to place an order.  Or finally, you can come into our shop at MDG Sports, Poole Quay, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1HF to buy from us in person.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product, we will refund the cost of return postage.  Please send the product back to us by recorded delivery with a covering letter detailing what happened. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the correct product and issue you with the postage refund (please include the receipt for postage in the parcel).

Can I order a product I cannot see on your website?
If you are looking for something specific that you can't see on our website or is currently showing as out of stock, please email or call us and we will try to order it for you. Special orders may be subject to additional delivery times/costs but we will be able to advise you of these.

There is a fault with a product, what should I do?
In the unusual event that there is a problem with the product, we intend to provide a returns service that is totally stress-free for you.

Make sure you include a letter with your name/address/contact telephone number or email address, clearly explaining the reason for return. We attempt to deal with returns within 3 - 5 working days, however this may extend at busy times of the year. Most importantly we suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.

I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?
As long as we have not processed your order it can be changed if needed. Please log into your account and make the required changes, alternatively email sales (at) mdgsports.co.uk

What happens if I miss the couriers when they deliver?
The Courier may leave a card with their contact details so you will be able to rearrange the delivery or collect from their depot.  We strongly advise that you use a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for your order. By doing this you are able to ensure that you receive your order with no hassle and maximum speed.  Following any special delivery instructions you have given e.g. leave with a neighbour or leave in the garage. Please note that neither MDG Sports nor the Courier can be held responsible should the delivery go missing.  

Do you restring rackets?
Yes, we can restring tennis, badminton, squash and racketball rackets to your requirements. We use a Babolat Star 4 electronic restringing machine and all restrings are undertaken by our racket technicians.  We stock the majority of strings, however if you have a specific requirement we can usually get these for you. We are happy to give advice on the most appropriate string and string tension for your racket, style and level of play.  We also offer a delivery/collection service for our re-stringing locally in the Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ringwood, Broadstone, Corfe Mullen, Upton, Hamworthy, Branksome, Parkstone & surrounding areas,
